Vietnam Top Buyer of Russian Arms

Vietnam became Russia's biggest arms client in 2009, having ordered six diesel-electric submarines and 12 Su-30 fighter jets, according to the calculations of the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST), a think tank here that tracks Russia's arms exports.
