Increased speed comes at a high price

But a more visceral rating appeals to Doug Shidler, a programme manager at Sikorsky Aircraft in the US. He wants to build faster craft to utilise more of the “golden hour”, the 60 minutes after an accident when a victim’s fate is often decided.
